最近、非原理集団である「高木グループ」（女性霊能者を名乗る崔在順氏を愛母様〈エモニム〉と呼び付き従う集団、「崔在順〈チェ・ヂェスン〉グループ」とも呼ばれる）に信徒が勧誘されたとの報告が複数挙がってきていますので、注意喚起をすると共に、全公職者におかれましては信徒がこれら非原理集団の活動に巻き込まれないよう指導を徹底していただくようお願いいたします。
崔在順氏については、2000 年10 月2 日付の韓国本部「公文」で、誤った霊的集団である崔在順氏ら6 人の名前を挙げて、以下のように注意喚起しています。
「真の父母様の指示事項：真の父母様は上記の人たち（崔在順ら）の誤った霊的現象に対し、去る9 月23 日、入籍21 日修練会のみ言で、強くその過ちを指摘し、四位基台入籍祝福式に参加を許可しない」と指示されました。
彼女たちは、子女教育に不安を持つ信徒らに近づきながら、独自の教えで家庭連合に対する批判的な思いを持たせ、信仰上の混乱を引き起こしています。拠点は、石川県小松市にありましたが、現在では、大阪府枚方市、京都市（嵐山）、名古屋市港区などに広がっています。
現在、彼女らの集団の活動状況として、①気功（按手）治療 ②独自の講演会開催 ③独自のみ言解釈による教育などがあります。活動拠点としては、前述したように、①石川県小松市②大阪府枚方市 ③京都市（嵐山）④名古屋市港区などがあります。
彼女らの主張として、①天寶役事の否定、②お母様の否定（お母様からはみ言が出てこないなど）、③誰かが真のお母様の使命をしなければならないなどと語っています。
各現場におかれましては、信徒らがこうした非原理的な主張に基づいた分派活動の被害に遭わないよう、信徒らへの注意勧告及び啓蒙指導の徹底をお願いいたします。

件名：「다카기（최재순）구룹」의 비원리활동、권유에 관한 주의 권고
하늘부모님과 참부모님의 축복이 함께 하시기를 기원합니다.
최근 비원리 집단「다카기 구룹」（여성 영통인을 자칭하는 최재순씨를 애모님이라고 부르고 따르는 집단，「최재순구룹」이라고도 함）에게 신도가 권유되었다는 보고가 다수 들어오고 있으므로 주의 환기를 하고 모든 공직자에게는 신도가 이러한 비원리 집단의 활동에 휘말리지 않도록 철저히 지도해 주시기 바랍니다.
최재순씨에 대해서는 2000 년 10 월 2 일자 한국본부발행 공문에서 잘못된 영적 집단인 최재순씨등 6 명의 이름을 들어 다음과 같이 주의환기시켰습니다.
「참부모님 지시사항：참부모님께서는 위 사람들(최재순 등)의 잘못된 영적 현상에 대하여 지난 9 월 23 일 입적 21 일 수련회 말씀 중 강하게 잘못을 지적하였고 4 위기대 입적 축복식 참석을 불허하였음.」라고 지시하셨습니다.
이들은 자녀교육에 불안을 느끼는 신도들에게 다가가면서 독자적인 가르침으로 가정연합에 대한 비판적인 생각을 갖게 하여 신앙적 혼란을 일으키고 있습니다.
활동거점은 이시카와현 고마쓰시에 있었습니다만 현재는 오사카 히라카타시, 교토시(아라시야마), 나고야시 미나토구 등에 퍼져 있습니다.
현재 그 집단의 활동 상황으로서 ➀기공(안수) ②독자적 강연회 개최 ③독자적 말씀해석에 의한 교육등이 있습니다. 활동 거점으로서는 전술한 것처럼 ①이시카와현 코마츠시 ②오사카부 히라카타시 ③교토시(아라시야마) ④나고야시 미나토구등이 있습니다.
그들의 주장으로는 ①천보역사 부정 ②참어머님을 부정 (어머님으로부터는 말씀이 안 나온다) ③누군가가 참어머님의 사명을 대신 해야 한다 등의 내용을 전하고 있습니다.
각 현장에서는 신도들이 이러한 비원리적 주장에 근거한 분파활동의 피해를 입지 않도록 신도들에 대한 주의권고 및 신앙지도를 철저히 해 주시기 바랍니다.

件名：Advisory regarding unprincipled activities and solicitation by the Takagi
(Choi Jae-soon) Group
We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
Recently, there have been several reports of members being recruited into the unprincipled group, “Takagi Group”—a group that follows Choi Jae-soon, a self-proclaimed psychic who calls herself “Aemo nim.” They are also known as the “Choi Jae-soon Group.” We would like to alert you and ask that all public leaders provide thorough guidance to prevent members of their respective congregations from becoming involved in the activities of this and other unprincipled groups.
Korean Headquarters’ official letter dated October 2, 2000, alerts us to six members of a misguided spiritual group: Choi Jae-soon, ●●●●●● and said the following about them:
True Parents’ directive: True Parents strongly pointed out the wrongdoings of those mentioned above (Choi Jae-soon and others) during the 21-day Registration Workshop on September 23, 2000, and instructed that they would not be allowed to participate in the Four-Position Foundation Registration and Blessing Ceremony.
These women approach members who are concerned about their children’s education, but their peculiar teachings cause confusion in the members’ faith by being critical of the Family Federation. Their base was located in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, but have now spread to Hirakata City, Osaka; Kyoto City (Arashiyama), and Minato Ward, Nagoya City; among others.
Currently, their activities include 1) qigong (laying on of hands) treatment, 2) holding their own lectures, and 3) education based on their own interpretation of the word. As mentioned above, they are based in 1) Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, 2) Hirakata City, Osaka, 3) Kyoto City (Arashiyama), and 4) Minato Ward, Nagoya City, amongst other locations.
Some of their claims include 1) the denial of Cheonbo Works, 2) the denial of Mother (e.g. they claim that the word does not flow through Mother), and 3) that someone has to take on True Mother’s mission.
We ask that each church be thorough in advising and educating members so that they do not fall victim to these unprincipled claims and activities of this offshoot.
